  1. I have never had to make this decision, but it is quite a big one, and better to do it young than later in life I think. There definitely seems to be more pros than cons to this procedure and it seems to be becoming more the norm of late. Is this procedure a lot more painful once the boy is older?

    • Thank you for reading, I can say circumcision when older is more painful. Also the wound heals very slowly compared to a baby.

  3. In my country, folks insist that a person should be circumcised at the age of 12 or above and not in the infant stage. The reason is, it is required for the sexual development of a teenage boy and if someone is circumcised, there’s will be a good development of the manhood of a person. It is only through this article that I heard of having a baby circumcised but this is a good education and I learned something. Maybe when I become a parent too, I will opt to have my baby circumcised at an early age.

  4. Here children are made to be circumsised after a couple of weeks because it might be too painful for the little boy. I find this very good and helpful as well. My sister is going to have a baby boy soon but there was an argument as to when to get the child circumsised. In your opinion, how long do you think it should take before the child is circumcised?

    • Dear Henderson

Thank you for reading. People have different perspectives on when a baby should be circumcised. But a baby can be circumcised at any time. My baby was circumcised the third after birth. Best regards

      Baraka
